All orders are package very discreetly in padded envelopes with heat sealed sachets inside, no mention of products names or the website name on the out side of the packages.
We ship to all countries including USA, Australia and New Zealand. We ship orders from multiple warehouses: China and some cases from EU, USA, Kazakhstan. Depending on what you want to order and where to send, as well as to stock availability, we will offer shipping from the optimal warehouse.
We can ship via Registered Airmail, EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. DHL is not good way nowadays. EMS or FedEx will better. For wholesale orders >10kg we can use shipping in container from China port.
All orders are supplied with a tracking numbers. You will get it after your order has been shipped.

We do not offer any guaranteed shipping dates, all estimated shipping dates and times are that of other curriers. If you have any complaints regards shipping times please take that up with the shipping/postal company.
Please wait at least 21 days before contacting us if your shipment has not arrived. Please note that we will no longer respond to any enquiries about the whereabouts your shipment, if made within the first 21 days. As much as we want to provide excellent customer service, we get far too many enquiries like this and it takes up a lot of our time to reply to each one. There is nothing we say or do for you anyway, other than to tell you to be patient. We will not call or chase up orders until the 21 days period as passed. We will reship the order after 21 business days if its not arrived and then file a claim for a lost package.
We do not offer reshipping or refunds if your envelope has been sized on the customs. But for some orders we can have exceptions.
We can ship to "Poste Restance", but from our experience it is extremely high risk - these parcels seem to inexplicably disappear without a trace. We do not recommend it. But we can ship to a P.O. Box address if this need.
We do not supply free samples, there is sample amounts for sale on the website and very reasonably priced. If you have doubts to our company – please contact us by e-mail and we prove that you can trust us.
If you made a mistake when ordering, just send us a message in the order details and we‘ll cancel it for you. Then just go ahead and submit a new order.
You will get payment instructions and info about payment methods only by email or after you will make order online on our website. Because for each country we can offer different ways for payment.
We do not accept Paypal, its against Paypal‘s terms and conditions to take payment for Research Chemicals.
We do not accept Visa and Mastercard, its against Visa and Mastercard terms and conditions to take payment for international Research Chemicals orders.
Also we do not accept COD – its impossible for international orders.
If you sent you payment but you changed my mind you can get a refund, but only If we have not already shipped your order, However we must deduct 10% to cover our costs of receiving and sending the payment back to you. Optionally, we can give you store credit of the full amount which you can use for a later purchase.
All our regular customers can have a personal discount. You can ask personal discount by email after 3rd order.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any return policy and all sales are final, no exceptions. This may sound harsh but due to the product nature if any product was tampered with then this could cause serious harm to researchers if we was to resale also we could not guaranteed the purity, however any customers wishing to cancel an order have from the time of purchase to the time of shipment to cancel for a full refund, once the order has been shipped their is nothing we can do. At Xiosin.com we do offer one replacement reship for any order which has not arrived with any 21 day period. Please note the following points :
